These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you as a user and the cm8 agent platform. By accessing the website or using any services offered by cm8 agent, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per stated eligibility (for example, the welcome bonus is one-time only for each new user).

• If a match is postponed, cancelled, or not concluded within the stipulated timeframe, cm8 agent reserves the right to void all related bets and return the staked amount to your account.

• Colluding with other players to exploit the system.

If your account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach of terms, any remaining balance (including cash and bonus balances) may be forfeited by cm8 agent. For account closures due to other valid reasons, your cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned within 5 business days.

• Losses arising from technical disruptions, downtime, or the user's own internet connectivity issues.
• Losses arising from any gambling or betting decisions you make using our platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Content or information provided by third parties within the platform (e.g., odds from sports data providers).

CM8 agent's maximum liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

CM8 agent reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, cm8 agent will endeavour to notify users via their registered email or a prominent notice on the platform's homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases of emergency changes required for security or legal compliance.

Your continued use of the cm8 agent platform after any amended terms come into force means you have accepted those revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure along with a refund of your cash balance.
